LoanExpert.ae is an independent business advisory firm. We assist clients with
business bank account opening, business loans, SME financing, top-up loans and
banking advisory by providing guidance, documentation support and liaison with
banks and financial institutions. We are not a bank or a lender,
and we do not issue credit or guarantee any facility.
2. No Guarantee of Approval
All loan, financing and account applications are subject to the sole assessment,
approval and discretion of the relevant bank or financial institution. LoanExpert.ae
does not and cannot guarantee approval, interest rates, limits, tenure or turnaround
times. Any timelines or figures we share are indicative only.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and lawful information and documentation.
You are responsible for the authenticity of all documents submitted. Providing false
or misleading information may result in rejection by the bank and termination of our
engagement.
4. Fees
Any advisory or service fees will be agreed with you in writing before we commence
work. Bank charges, processing fees and third-party costs are separate and payable to
the respective institutions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoanExpert.ae shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from a bank's decision, delays, or
reliance on information provided on this website. Our total liability for any claim is
limited to the fees paid to us for the specific service concerned.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
